Why it matters

From toy to tool

A superyacht runs at the very highest level, yet the wake boat on its toy list rarely does. Wakesurf and wakeboard are still niche sports, and it isn’t realistic to keep a true specialist aboard every yacht.

So the tender runs one generic setting for everyone. It is safe and fun, but progress is slow, nervous guests quietly skip their turn, and a six-figure boat never feels as special as it looks on the spec sheet.

We fly in for the trips that matter, never as seasonal crew. We tune your tender for the water you are in and give every rider a plan. The boat stops being one more item on the list and becomes a private wake academy, so the experience finally matches the yacht.

The art of setup

Tuned for the sea you’re in

Wake boats leave the factory with generic presets, usually set on a flat test lake with ideal fuel and crew loads. A superyacht at anchor offers neither, so our coaches act as performance engineers for your tender, with thousands of hours on the water behind every adjustment.

What we read
We start with the sea state, whether that is flat calm, chop, swell, current or wind. Then we look at how the boat is sitting, including its fuel level, how many guests are aboard and where they stand or sit.
What we tune
Ballast, surf gates, speed, rope length and wave shape, retuned as the conditions change around the yacht.
What we tune it for
Each board and each trick, because skim, surf style, longboards and foils all ride differently, and a first deep-water start, a 360 and an air each want slightly different water and line.
“Presets get you started. They don’t get you a good wave.”

Structured progression

A plan for every rider

Each rider has clear milestones, so the improvement is easy to see.

  • Children

Safe, low-stress sessions that leave young riders proud and their parents relaxed.

  • First-timers

First rides are our speciality. Everything is broken into simple steps with no pressure, so nervous guests feel safe to try.

  • Teens and intermediates

A clear challenge for the whole week rather than a ten-minute distraction. When they are progressing, the whole family feels it.

  • Advanced riders

High-level coaching in wave shaping, spins, airs and technical progression, with video feedback where it helps.

Who leads it

How it works

Simple for everyone aboard

Your captain can run it comfortably, and your guests only see the time on the water.

  1. 01

    Before the trip

We spend 15 to 20 minutes with you, your broker or your captain to confirm the tender, location, dates, guests and goals.

  2. 02

    Joining the yacht

We arrive as part of the team, brief the captain and deck, set up the boat and agree daily windows that fit the yacht’s rhythm.

  3. 03

    On the water

Sessions are short and fun, with a few clear words of coaching between pulls, so they never become tiring.

  4. 04

    After the trip

Every guest leaves with one clear next step. The yacht keeps a simple wake playbook of ideal speeds, ballast notes, rope marks and a plan for day 1 to day 7.

What you need

One essential

All we ask for is a suitable wake-ready tender or wake boat. We confirm the model and its setup when we speak before the trip. Everything else is optional, and any gear we bring is chosen for the most fun and the fastest progression.

Good questions

Will this disrupt our crew or instructor?

No. Your captain and deck already handle navigation, toys, safety and service, and even a watersports instructor is usually an excellent generalist. Our coach adds the specialism, fits into the existing structure, clarifies roles and keeps operations tidy. Your captain stays fully in charge.

What about rougher seas?

We plan around windows of better water and adjust ballast and speed. When needed we switch to land and line drills, so riders still progress.

How do you handle safety?

We agree session plans and safety limits with your captain, and every session runs to the same professional standard.

How private is it?

We only film or photograph if you ask us to, and everything comes to you privately. Our coaches never post, tag or use your name without your approval.

Where do you work?

Wherever your yacht is. That means the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, the US, the Middle East, the Indian Ocean and remote anchorages.

How does it work for brokers?

You choose the yacht, the itinerary and the client, and we work quietly under your name. It suits families, active groups and younger guests on a yacht with a good wake tender. Afterwards you receive a short progression note and, if your client wishes, private highlights.
